Commvault Cares Month

Engrained in our culture, we take great pride in giving back to our community and raising awareness on matters close to us. For years, we’ve done this through our Commvault Cares program, our annual month of giving back.

At Commvault, we are committed to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I). Not just as responsible corporate citizens, but as individuals. It’s in our values and in how we empower our team members to thrive and reach their full potential. We do this by fostering an environment that celebrates our differences and ensures we all feel included and supported. And, as CEO, I am committed to making impactful changes for our people, our customers, and our community.”

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) offer multiple points of entry for all employees to get involved, drive initiatives and be allies for all dimensions of diversity. Our ERGs are voluntary, employee lead groups designed to foster an inclusive workplace by championing under represented groups. Our goal is for employees to feel more connected to Commvault by providing them the space to bring their unique personal attributes, be part of a community of collective thought leaders, and advocates for inclusion and diversity.

Employee Affinity Groups

Employee Affinity Groups (EAGs) are designed to facilitate a space to learn about and champion local and global issues and find effective solutions for the betterment of the globe, our communities, and our customers and partners.

A culture where we all can thrive

We empower our people to be their best selves. We remain committed to providing the best opportunities and resources that enable them to work creatively, share their unique perspectives, and allow for professional and personal development.

It’s been incredible to see us create space to support working parents and caretakers. We are having open discussions about all the facets of family life from being a new parent to dealing with toddlers, tweens, teens, and aging parents.

ERGs & EAGs are important to a company’s culture because they energize community-building in a way that leads to impactful outcomes around diversity, equity and inclusion. These groups create broader platforms to listen, learn and connect.  Everyone needs to feel a sense of belonging in the workplace and these critical groups help drive change that not only positively influence recruitment, retention and career development but also inspires innovation through cross-collaboration.
