Position overview:

Reporting into the HR Business Partner and supporting DACH region, your duties will follow a generalist remit to include all HR administration activities. The position shall be concluded for an initial period of 12 months and requires the willingness to work 20 hours per week.

Position Responsibilities include:

  • Manage contract creation for new hires
  • Produce HR reports as required for HR and your client base
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for the Works Council, including protocols etc
  • Issue employee letters to confirm salary increases, promotions, end of probationary periods etc
  • Ensure HR systems are kept up-to-date with accurate information
  • Maintain contract and offer letter templates for each DACH country
  • Leavers and joiner’s administration
  • Supporting on delivering HR projects effectively at an operational level

Position Requirements include:

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Genuine passion for keeping up-to-date with key HR issues and employment law
  • The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships at all levels
  • Adaptable and flexible skill-set to succeed in a fast-paced changing business environment
  • Ability to refocus effort in line with new business initiatives and changing workloads
  • Strong self-motivation and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently but as a part of a team
